Made of 100% Garnacha and aged for over a year in the bottle before release.  Gentle fragrances and tastes of raspberry and currants give way to a long and elegant finish.

ZAGAN’S FIRE WHITE BLEND, CALIFORNIA, N.V.

A blend of 50% Pinot Grigio, 35% Chardonnay, 10% Verdelho and 5% Moscato, all estate-grown fruit.  Citrusy fruits and a hint of honeysuckle are complemented by balanced acidity and a clean finish.    $12.00

GIAPOZA PINOT NOIR, CALIFORNIA, 2016

Aged for 10 months in French oak, this Pinot is lively with enticing aromas of rose petals and cranberry.  Medium-bodied and juicy with flavors of ripe strawberry, milk chocolate and a hint of spice.    $16.00

FATTORIA DEI FOSSILI “FOSSILAIA” (SUPER TUSCAN), TUSCANY, ITALY, 2010

Made of 34% Sangiovese Grosso, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Merlot and aged in oak for approximately two years.  Complex with intense notes of cherry, violet and plum.  An elegant and silky finish.   $17.00

CHATEAU D’ARCINS, HAUT-MEDOC, BORDEAUX, FRANCE, 2014

A blend of 50% Cabernet and 50% Merlot and aged for 16 months in French oak.  This medium-bodied wine shows blackberry, tobacco and cigar box, along with firm tannins on the finish.   $27.00     90 Points – Robert Parker

LA GRANDE COTE, PASO ROBLES, CALIFORNIA, 2013

Composed of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, the wine is big yet soft and round with nice jammy Zinfandel notes that are balanced out by the Petite Sirah structure.  Full and round in the mouth with a bit of spice.    $17.00

**BONUS ROUND** CALEM 10-YEAR TAWNY PORT, DOURO, PORTUAL

Typical grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca.  Aromatic with intense tastes of dried raisin, nuts, wood notes and delicious hints of chocolate.  A smooth and velvety finish.  $35.00
